Every visit goes well beyond what standard weekly service covers. The Premier Plan includes services that other companies charge extra for — or simply don't offer at all.
Premium Chemistry Management
We manage the full chemistry profile required for advanced sanitization systems — not just pH and chlorine. Every visit includes salt level monitoring and adjustment, UV system compatibility balancing, mineral sanitizer supplementation, cyanuric acid and stabilizer precision management, calcium hardness control for surface protection, pH and ORP monitoring, and phosphate testing and treatment. Filter Cleaning — Included in Base Rate
Filter cleaning is included in your Premier Plan rate — no separate scheduling, no additional charges. Your filter is cleaned on a professional schedule as part of your ongoing plan. Standard weekly service clients pay for this separately every time.
Annual Heater Cleaning — Included in Base Rate
Heater cleaning and inspection is included in your annual plan — not billed as an add-on. Regular cleaning prevents the premature failures we see in neglected systems. Applies to all major brands including Raypak, Pentair, Hayward, and Jandy.
Full Hands-On Equipment Checks — Every Visit
Every piece of equipment on your pad is physically inspected every visit — not glanced at. We check operation, pressure, flow rates, and performance indicators across your entire system. Free Diagnostics — Every Visit
If something doesn't look right, we diagnose it on the spot at no additional charge. You receive a full written report of findings after every visit. Standard service clients pay separately for any diagnostic work beyond the routine check.
Priority Repair Scheduling
Premier Plan clients are never placed in a standard queue. When an issue is identified, you're contacted within 24 hours with a full explanation and your repair is scheduled ahead of standard service clients.
