Homes backing the north edge of the valley catch more wind and blown dust than most. That means heavier skimmer loads and filters that fill faster than the manufacturer's schedule assumes.

The Desert Reality
Las Vegas tap water is hard before it ever reaches your pool, and the climate concentrates it fast.
In peak summer a North Las Vegas pool can lose up to half an inch per day to evaporation. Every top-off adds more calcium and pushes the water further out of balance. Left alone, that shows up as scale on the tile, cloudy water, and a shortened life for your heater and salt cell.
We manage the full Langelier Saturation Index on every visit, not just chlorine and pH. Balancing the water to the LSI is what protects the surface and the equipment you paid for, which matters more here than almost anywhere else in the country.

Common Questions
Yes. New plaster needs a careful, monitored startup so it cures evenly and does not stain. We do new-pool startups throughout the north valley and then roll straight into weekly service if you want it.
We do. Aliante, Eldorado, Sun City Aliante, Valley Vista, and Craig Ranch area homes are all on our routes, and we work within community access and scheduling requirements.
That is normal this close to the open desert. Our weekly visit clears the skimmers and baskets and checks the filter pressure every time, so the debris load never gets ahead of the equipment.
