OUR STEP BY STEP PROCESS
Contact Us
A Nearby Representative discusses your pool, our service and any questions along with providing our service agreement for your review.
Scheduling
We schedule a day for a Nearby Technician to evaluate your pool. A Nearby Technician will be there within a one-hour window, so you're not sitting around all day waiting.
Quote
After the evaluation, you will be sent a final quote, along with any suggestions and/or repairs needed. Accept the quote, sign our agreement, and provide payment for the first invoice.
Tracking
You will be provided access to our app which will provide you an overview of our service logs, invoices and messages/alerts.
Don’t worry, if life is too busy, we understand you may not be able to be there. We will reach out to you by phone to address any questions or concerns.
